 Uploading ....A PMS interface is a communication interface with a Property Management System (PMS) that allows the PMS server to send check-in, check-out, and call restriction information to the ComXchange and the ComXchange to send Room status updates and depending on the protocol call charge information. Interfaces can be connected using a serial cable, a direct IP connection, or in some cases an IP to serial device may be needed. If the PMS is using a protocol that does not communicate call charges there may be a secondary interface connecting the Call Accounting server to the PMS.
