The Call Flow Control (CFC) Module Can be used to route Calls to one destination or another by toggling a feature code that is added when the CFC is Created. This is commonly referred to as Day Night Mode for Hotel Consoles. This is commonly used as a BLF button on a "Front Desk" or "PBX Operator" phone that they can press to change where calls are routed in the evening, typically from the front desk to a different destination that could be a ring group that includes more extensions or an IVR, etc. CFC feature codes begin with *28 and are followed by an index number 0-99 allowing for 100 CFCs to be added, the first of them will be *280. The CFC can be toggled by directly calling the feature code or using a BLF to make the call and monitor the state to change the BLF color when in use or not. The value of the BLF will be the feature code of the CFC you want to control. For more information on adding a BLF Key see
