Overview
The Hotline dial option allows a phone to be configured to auto-dial a specific extension or number when the receiver goes off hook.
This is typically used in a Lobby or Door phone situation, where you can inform a guest to pickup a receiver or press a speaker button to be connected to an Extension, Outside Number, Queue, Ring Group, or IVR etc. to gain entry.
Setting Up Hotline Dial
- Hotline Dial can be configured via Custom Config in ClearlyIP Devices.

- P4210 is the P-code you will want to update, setting the value to the number you want to dialed when the phone goes off-hook.
