Zoho PhoneBridge Integration


The Zoho PhoneBridge platform allows you to connect your ClearlyCloud phone system directly with Zoho's business applications. This integration allows you to manage your calls and customer interactions seamlessly within Zoho.

Configuring PhoneBridge

  • 🛑 Verify Requirement: Have you enabled ClearlyIP Spoke?  (If not, start here.)

  1. Log in to Zoho and click and click the “Setup” cog in the top menu. 
  2. On the “Channels” section click on “Telephony”
  3. Click on the "Click To Configure" button
 
 
  1. Click on "View Marketplace"


  2. Search for "ClearlyIP" and click on the selection shown.

  3. Click on the “Install” button.
      


  4. Choose the Zoho users that will have access to Zoho PhoneBridge and click on “Proceed”.

  5. Go to https://spoke.clearlyip.com/ and log in with your ClearlyIP Cloud/Trunking Portal credentials.

  6. Click the “Connect” button on the Zoho Phone Bridge card.
      

  7. You’ll be redirected to a Zoho login page, log in with your Zoho credentials, and click on “Accept".
      

  8. Now authorize Zoho PhoneBridge by clicking on “Authorize”.
      

  9. You’ll be redirected to the Spoke main page, and you should be able to see ClearlyCloud & Zoho PhoneBridge under the active integrations section


  1. Now, you need to map your ClearlyCloud users with your Zoho users. Click on the “Config Users” button.

  2. Link the ClearlyCloud users on the left column, with a Zoho user on the right, and check the “Enable Click to Dial” checkbox if you wish to enable the feature for this user in Zoho and Click “Submit”.



  3. Finished. PhoneBridge is now enabled! ✅
