Paging


The Paging Module is used to setup of a group of staff phones to auto answer a call placed to the paging extension.  
Note: This requires Sip auto answer which is not available on most soft phones
Navigate to Advanced Configuration > Paging and Intercom
  • Click on the + Add Page Group button
  • Paging Extension - Enter the number for the page group 
  • Group Description - Enter a description for the page group
  • Device List - Click in the device list and check the extensions to be part of the group
  • Busy Extensions - Choose what to do if the Extension is Busy
  • Duplex - Choose if you want two-way audio
