In order to use the blind transfer feature on the Cisco SPA8000, SPA112 or other Cisco/Linksys/Sipura ATA you should follow these instructions....
- Have the call active
- Press the hook flash, this should put the call on hold and you should hear a dial tone.
- Dial *98, you should now hear another tone.
- Dial the number you want to transfer the call to. Wait for another tone.
- Hang up.
You will need to make sure the following parameters are set in VCP (Manage Device-> (select your device)-> Manage Parameters
- Enable Blind Attn Transfer - ENABLE
- Unattn Transfer Service - ENABLE
- Dial Plan should include *98S0... eg
