Viewing Tokens and Expirations



Overview

  • You can view all of your Tokens that are active or have expired in the last 6 months from our Device Portal at https://devices.clearlyip.com.  From there you can see the Token, Number of Users and Expiration date. 
  • All purchases and renewals of tokens are handled through our store at https://store.clearlyip.com
  • The login credentials for both of the links above is your standard ClearlyIP SSO login that you use for all of our sites.
  • Once your order has been processed you will receive an email from us and your token will now be displayed here.

Viewing Tokens

  • Login to our Device portal at https://devices.clearlyip.com


  • Click on Clearly Anywhere > Locations


  • From here you can see a list of all of your Clearly Anywhere Tokens, along with what the Token is licensed for such as number of users, if Desktop is enabled (additional licensing required), and when the expiration date of your token is.

Editing Information

  • When viewing a Location Token by clicking on the binocular icon you an also edit the following information for the token.
    • Name - Name for this token
    • Email - The email we will send renewal reminders to and any license update notices
    • API URL - The URL that our cloud based servers redirect login attempts to when they login matching the Auth Domain below.  This can also be changed from the FreePBX Module on your system.
    • Auth Domain - The Domain your users login with and where we send the SIP Registrations to.
