• CDM is designed to be subscription based and each CDM Location you add gets tied to an active Subscription.  A base Subscription can be purchased from our store at https://store.clearlyip.com
• Each base Subscription comes with 1 or more CDM Location licenses and you can purchase additional CDM Location Add Ons for any base Subscription.
• Each customer can have 1 or more base Subscriptions tied to your account record.
• When purchasing Add On Locations you will need to define which base Subscription ID the Add On is for.  See below on how to purchase and add on additional Locations to any base Subscription 

Viewing Active Subscriptions

• Navigate to https://devices.clearlyip.com and click on the menu option of CDM > Subscriptions
  
  
  
• From here you can see a list of Subscription you have that are active on your account including the Expiration date and the number of Locations this Subscription is licensed for and how many you are using.
  

Purchasing New Subscription

• To purchase a new Subscription navigate to https://store.clearlyip.com and under Software Licenses you will see a menu option of Cloud Device Manager with sub menus to Monthly and Yearly Subscription that are available
  
  
  
• Pick which base package is best for you and add on any additional Locations that you want to purchase.
• Orders are processed every hour or so during normal business hours Monday through Friday and you will receive an automated email from us once your Subscription is active and you will be able to start adding Locations and getting everything setup.

Adding on Additional Locations to a Subscription

• To add on a CDM Location to any base Subscription you first need to locate your base Subscription ID.
• Navigate to https://devices.clearlyip.com and click on the menu option of CDM > Subscriptions
  
  
  
• Locate the Subscription you want to add on Locations for. Copy and paste the ID number as you will need that in the checkout process.
  
  
  
• Navigate to https://store.clearlyip.com and under Software Licenses you will see a menu option of Cloud Device Manager with sub menus to Monthly and Yearly.  Make sure you pick the option that matches what your base Subscription is purchased for such as Yearly (12 Months) or Monthly (1 Month) and purchase the Location Add On and click on the Location Add On Item.
  
  
  
• Provide the CDM Subscription ID from earlier in the CDM Subscription ID and the number of Location Add On you want to purchase and continue with the checkout Process.
  
  
• Orders are processed every hour or so during normal business hours Monday through Friday and you will receive an automated email from us once your Subscription is updated with the additional Locations.
