Call Panel Undefined Connection Issue with latest Safari on MacOS Monterey
If you are receiving an undefined connection error on MacOS Monterey in Safari, you can work around the issue by disabling NSURLSession WebSocket. To do this first open Safari and then choose the Develop Menu. Next click Experimental Features and then make sure NSURLSession WebSocket is unchecked in order to turn it off
Chrome window times out or gets disconnected
On Google Chrome, you may experience time out, or disconnection notices. To prevent this, go to your Chrome Settings by hitting the 3 dots in the upper right
Then on the left choose Performance, and under Memory, look for "Always keep these sites active", and add callpanel.w.clearlyip.cloud, or callpanel.clusterpbx.com (depending on your instance) to this list.
