Confirm the device type in use
Please make sure to confirm the device type in use, by clicking the Info button on the upper left part of the web interface
It will show the following screen:
Please pay attention to the firmware version field, on the 2 characters after the first 4 NGW. characters.
- NGW.F5 is modular gateway (card slots to increase from 24 ports up to 96 ports)
- NGW.H5 is non-modular gateway (24 and 48 port models)
- NGW.L1 it T1 gateway
- NGW.N2 is 8FXS, 8FXO or 4FXO/4FXS port gateway
- NGW.P2 is 2FXS ports gateway
- NGW.P3 is SAK gateway
